Q. How is shipping calculated?
A. I use Royal Mail for all shipping and so shipping prices are calculated using their system. You can see this here https://www.royalmail.com/price-finder
Q. Is my order tracked?
A. If you're ordering to the UK, First Class packages are not tracked. If you are ordering to anywhere outside of the UK, you can select the "International Tracked & Signed" option at checkout to receive tracked shipping for your order.
Q. I can't find the pin I wanted to buy, where did it go?
A. If a pin you're looking for isn't in my shop, it is most likely out of stock. Please feel free to email me to find out when it will be back in stock and I'll let you know!
Q. My package hasn't arrived and it's past the estimated delivery date, what should I do?
A. If your package hasn't arrived yet and it is a few days past the estimated delivery date, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
Q. What's the difference between Standard and Second grade pins?
As the pins are all handmade, there may be very minor inconsistencies between them.
A. Standard pins are great quality with no obvious blemishes or damage to the pin. They may have very minor surface scratches or scuffs, minor bubbles, dots, or specs in paint or metal, or a minor area of low fill enamel.
Seconds pins may have more noticeable surface scratches or scuffs, bubbles, dots, or specs in paint or metal, or an area of low fill enamel. They are still beautiful but you can grab them at a reduced price!
Whilst all pins are checked vigorously before sending, please let me know if you have any issues and I will work to rectify them with you asap.
Q. Do you offer cancellations, returns, or exchanges?
A. I do not offer cancellations, returns, or exchanges. This applies to preorders items as well. If there is a problem with your order, please email email@example.com
